Flyte Log does not guarantee that this digital record satisfies all regulatory requirements for official logbook certification in every jurisdiction. You agree to verify your data against your official hard-copy logbook or regulatory standards.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

  • Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
  • Notification: You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).

  • Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it through your account management page.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds: Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

5. User Data and Content

You retain all ownership rights to the flight data, text, and files you upload to Flyte Log ("User Content").

  • License to Us: By uploading data, you grant us a license to use, store, and back up that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
  • Data Privacy: As outlined in our Privacy Policy, we do not sell your data. We store your data securely within the European Union (EU).
  • Exporting Data: We provide tools for you to export your logbook data. It is your responsibility to perform regular exports/backups of your data to your own local devices.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Flyte Log and its licensors. 7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or data (including flight time calculations).

We specifically disclaim liability for any regulatory penalties, license suspensions, or operational issues arising from the use of our logbook data.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
